It seems not
I'm on a packed train to Nottingham and turning on whose near...nobody within 15 miles..yet lots of hot guys on this train! Must be a lot less fabbers than I thought |

I never have it on because I diskike the Mobile Version of Fab & much prefer the Desktop Version so I forget to switch on "Who's Near". Plus as others point out I guess it depends who has it switched on/uses the Mobile Version/is online when you are. |

I agree with this and I can get the desktop version on my mobile. You can also go into chat and actually chat tho it's murder on the wee screen lol |

 this for me too either i stay in a black hole or all the nearby ladies keep that function switched off  |
