So tired yet cant seem to sleep = frustration grrrrrr
Tips on how to get a better nights sleep ?
Ive tried the usual ones hot bath before bed etc but my brain just doesnt want to shut down (yes I do have one before anyone cracks the jokes ) |

Make a story up and relax close your eyes try and be as creative as possible to try visulize the scenerey to yourself make up a plot from what i believe engaging the right side of the brain and creative prosseses allow you to relax and flow into dreamland good luck or theres always physical exersise ![](/icons/s/twisted.gif) |

Try closing down internet, not using phone,switching off TV a half hour before you want to go to bed..and relax..maybe read a little, hope that helps, not getting a good night's sleep is torture ![](/icons/s/confused.gif) |

Aww Mrs nothing worse than that I always find just trying to relax in a way that suits you , as much as possible just zone out if you can I hope you don't feel to tired today hugs xx |

Google sleep hygiene, it's all about having a good bedtime routine. No iPad, mobile, telly, caffeine etc, nothing that's going to stimulate your brain. Listen to some quiet music, warm up the bed before you get in it, a few drops of lavender oil might help. Not sleeping is awful, hope this helps you all! X |
