I am Thinking of going to the after8 club this weekend as I have note been there before and I hope to meet some nice ppl there
Can ppl that have been there give me soon advice on what to expect plz

It isn't *always* a sausage fest. In fact - I don't think I have been and it's *just* been single guys. I've been a few times.
It does depend on who's there to what kind of night it'll be but I've had an amazing night there on a few occasions now.  |

If it's anulything like the last time me and Mrs dlt were there,it had gone downhill from previous visits,so we would rather go to cj's or travel down to club f in newcastle,won't be back there |

We have been in last couple of weeks and previously wasn't sure of the club. To be honest our opinion has changed and a good mix of couples compared to just all single guys |

I only went once to After8, did not enjoy it for various reasons and I have not been back since, it was a year ago!
I have been to Cjs a few times and feel comfortable going there, even alone.
People will have various views on various Clubs OP.
Personally, I say go and try it for yourself. Be chatty and respectful and see if it is for you.
Also, it all depends on when you go and who is all going. Not one night is the same.
Although I did not enjoy my first visit, I might at some point give the place a another go and make a firm decision then.
But I think you should go and try and take it from there

We went three times and we're desperate to love it but came away each time disappointed old cjs was a different story it was great. But we rarely were off when it was on as it usually was every second weekend then. The new cjs facilities, size and amount of patrons mean its head and shoulders above After8s. But an adjustment of prices especially the membership charge on first visit and some couples only nights would tempt us back to try again. I don't think it would take much work and a little imagination to build a bigger client base. Therefore a better club it does sound as if it's going in right direction if people are saying there's less single males going though |

I have to disagree with you on this one, S, you've seen me a few times at Cjs and my reasons for not liking this Club are not due to 'me'.
But I will give it another go at some point
