hey guys looking for some help, looking at coming down to glasgow in the new year for a weekend....take in some sights, possibly head to the famous cjs...and meet up with a naughty friend (or 2) looking for recomendations for a nice town center hotel thats not going to burst the bank account...

I've stayed in Springfield Quay Ibis, cheap rates and quite discrete
Holiday Inn city centre is cheap too in better location, but need a swipey card to get in. |

If you just need somewhere to leave your bags and crash at the end of each night, then EasyHotel is a cheap option.
A friend and her fiancé got a room for Hogmanay two weeks ago, and it was only £35 for the night.
The hotel next door was £75 for the same night, with little extra on offer for the extra price.

I would recommend the jury's Inn been in there a few times can't go wrong and it's not to pricey |

Ahh OK, for nice, I'd say to NOT consider EasyHotel. However if you need somewhere cheap then it's more than fine.

"Apex hotel on Bath St is lovely now. Recently done up and rooms have a nice big bed as well as a couch..... good for spectators warming up.....!"
