The amount of people who post where they are going dogging on their status? Do they not realise the police are on this site and watch for people posting where all the dogging sites are in their area and then they go investigate them and see who they can catch.

So don't get why they all post where they are going for dogging and when.. who wants to be questioned by the police every time they get caught in a dogging area.. I know they can't do anything unless they catch in the act but it ruins the dogging area because people stop going because the police are up there.

This is why we won't tell anyone when we are going our for dogging or where.

Aviemore and regularly visit Glasgow

There's not a chance that our understaffed and overstretched police force are sitting looking at fab on the off chance that they might catch some folk shagging.

If the police are patrolling an area it will be because there have been complaints of anti social behaviour from the locals or a history of dodgy stuff going on there.

There is a separate patrol that goes around looking for doggers so yes they are on fab and watch out for hinters that people are out in certain areas. Otherwise how would they know people's usernames when they catch them and why would they admit they watch the site.

Also we wouldn't post if we hadn't experienced it ourselves. There is one place that was completely secluded and out the way and we met a guy there and then another guy posted where it was on fab and the police now patrol that area a lot. For specifically dogging. As they said to us when went back up that they had seen someone posting it on a "swinging site" is what they said

Only part of the reg is showing. And you can't see what kind of car it is and not particular about anonymity just about people ruining dogging areas by posting where they all are.

A world of my own

Its not something that's ever appealed to me. However I do see why the police might want to ensure it doesn't happen in certain areas.

However I can't see it being high on their job list!

I know that. but a lot of people on here post times and that so the police know when to go and stuff. Obviously the places posted on Google are already visited by the police but not that often. Unless someone goes "oh I'm going to xx dogging tonight at whatever time.

The problem here is..... its illegal. you choose to use well known spots and for some thats all part of the thrill. If your doing it to have sex outside why do you need a car park the worlds your oyster. If your looking for folk to join risk free. msg folk on this site or another site more suited to dogging with an all new unknown ( to those looking for active locations) area.

Police are usually alerted by some pulling into a spot. For a fag, pee, 40 winks or check the map. Then find someone flashing folling them or got the pants down! So a constable said.

There's plenty of crime up here. And a shortage of staff. So don't see why they bother. But last time we got caught they said that they now had a specific team who check out certain areas for "anti-social" behaviour which is what dogging is classed as and that they get an dea ofor when people will be up there from swingers advertising it.

Think if the police even had the man power and the recourses to spare staff from front line work, to go looking round the country side, they would look at one of the Dogging sites and not waste time looking at Fab.

We go dogging all over the place mainly Saturday nights and very very rarely see any police. Even the places where it use to be bad for the police calling in, its rare to see them now as they haven't got the money. If you are daft enough to try it in the middle of the day then you got a chance of getting in trouble but at night the police are not bothered

That's weird cause we always got caught at night. And they even admitted themselves that they watch out on swinging sites for posts about dogging in the local area

Police in Scotland must have money to burn.

We been dogging for over 16 years all over England and even had 2 policemen join in - not bad! North East used to be bad but even nowadays don't get much bother from the Police. The only time they will call in is when they are passing.

We know and play with members of the Police service and they say budget cuts have stopped them 'policing' dogging areas - unless of course they are wanting to play!

Dogging is a waste of time mostly. Although it happens, meets are infrequent unless your gay.

Sadly - Over 90% of locations are locked down for car access these days.

My first encounter with doggers was when I pulled into a lay-by near Kincardine bridge for the toilet. I was discussed in not wetting myself so focussed in the superloo. When I came out of the toilet it became clear that it was a dogging spot and left sharpish. Not into dogging but everyone there assumed I was.

Second encounter was at aberdour heading back in the dark from fishing with my son. The doggers were in the same car park and I had to leave my son and walk down to the car and drive it back then tell him shut his eyes because of the arseholes waving their dick at a child.

I also know of people walking at night round the Fife coastal path have encountered doggers who just carried on.

When advertising a meet outdoors its simply that, outdoor fun.Dogging is discrete and not advertised .Its the thrill of the unknown.

Police may use the site for their own needs and why not its a site for anyone ,but they are definetly not paid to search for whats occurring at their local park .

Its a more serious offence these days and not just a slap on the wrist .You could find yourself on the sex offenders register its not just for beasts .

Yes most people don't seem to understand that.

We've definitely had officers admitting they watched the site as the were the officers who did the patrols looking for "anti-social" behaviour. We've experience it once or twice

And yeah only if they catch you in the act. Otherwise they can't do anything apart from question you.
