As it says above someone I'm speaking to here is saying there in a place miles away (quite a lot of miles) but yet looked at their profile and it says both on mobile 2-3 miles away?? Just wondering if it's accurate or I'm getting fed a load of BS |

Hmmm it could be that they are somewhere different from their home location. GPS on mobile and the page thing works on where you say you're based. Not sure though |

The who's mobile nearby only works if the user is refreshing their location.
I had mine on while on holiday last week and got a message yesterday from someone who was where I had been on holiday.
It was still saying I was there.
If the person has left their who's near on since the last time they were at home and not refreshed... It's likely it will still say that's where they are. |

Guess that might be a sensible answer, maybe I'm just to suspicious |

I don't think it's reliable at all someone messaged me last week to say I was within a mile and asked if I fancied meeting for a drink because they were also in alloa.. I've never been to alloa and had been in Glasgow city centre all day |
