What is your favourite cake or tart?
For those who bake, what would be your strongest contender(s) for a bake-off?
I'm not going to hold back with false modesty - I have pastry fingers and my sweet pastry dishes are to die for, particularly my signature dish, kiwi passion tart.
Cake-wise, I like Sachertorte (either as is or served warm with cream or ice cream) and the genuine recipe Black Forest Gateau never loses its popularity with my taste buds.
Fortunately, a fast metabolism means that I can indulge my sweet tooth without counting calories or exercising restraint (ducks to avoid flying shoes ) |

Haha best thread on a sex site is the one discussing cake!!
I'm more of an eater than a baker, but unlike the lucky op I only need to look at it and I ingest the calories!
I love a good rich gooey chocolate fudge cake, sometimes warm with ice cream,often just alone.
If I bake its chocolate muffins with a gooey salted caramel centre, and I bake a mean scone (if I do say so myself!) |

I love baking. Find it very therapeutic. I would say I'm a pretty accomplished baker.
I also make birthday cakes (mainly novelty) and wedding cakes. Its not a business, just a hobby.
But I can't make scones!
So if any of you fantastic scone makers would like to share your foolproof recipe I'd be very grateful. |

I had to make scones after learning at school
Tried numerous times to teach her but always ended up with biscuits  |
