just tell him that it isn't a FPSO, you hit back and explain to him the difference between a FPSO and a Semi Sub Drilling Rig,

not at all, you were on right ball game, FPSO is Floating Production Storage and Offloading, really a moving production platform where it also stores oil until tanker comes
a Semi Sub Drilling Rig is specifically for drilling exploration |
