Sounds good.

I also like a good stew or soup with fresh bread. Or a roast. Or steak pie. Even a good lamb curry slow cooked all day can be great.

It's easy once you get the ingredients. Plus, once you've got the spices they'll last ages and do loads of meals.

Just need a good quality recipe. My ex has a few good books for Indian food.

If you want to use lamb or beef, a slow cooker works best. Or chicken thighs as they give a better favour.

If you want it fairly quick, chicken breast is better

Chop chorizo, fry it off with no oil. Then fry some chopped chicken in the pan after moving the chorizo, add some garlic Italian seasoning and chargrilled chicken seasoning. Once browned add to the chorizo in a large oven dish. Then cook some wholewheat pasta and add to the meat. Pour over pasta sauce, stir. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on the top and bake until golden brown in the oven. Lovely

Good fat in coconut milk. Lots of fructose though which is really bad for you.
