there's a pretty decent band on in clarks next sat. I'm prob going with a fab friend as its my bday.
fat sams is now club tropicana and quite frankly its pants. |

Food wise, Papa Joes in Whitehall Crescent is good, True Kitchen across the street has a lovely set menu. If you like Italian there's Ciao Sorrentos in Union Street, and Frankie & Benny's has just opened in the Overgate.
Can't really comment on pubs and clubs as I don't go out drinking in Dundee. If you want cocktails though, go to Medina in the Nethergate instead of Jam Jar, more drink for less |

Thanks everyone for their thoughts.
Basically looking for a nice bar with a bit of atmosphere maybe background music but you can have conversation without shouting to start with. I can maybe do a bit of role play with the hubby.
Something livelier later on but not rave or club music. We are in our 50's.

As most have said, Clarks is good. then later on, why not pop up the casino, you can always have fun most Saturday nights there, and you do get other fabbers go as well. you never know what could happen. |
