We all have our favourites I'm sure.
Mine are, in no particular order:
Feet - love sexy feet and painted toes
Ankles - slim and welll defined
Eyes - dark, clear and intense
Lips - natural and full
Smile - has the power to just melt me

On a man I like broad shoulders and toned arms, not overly muscular just strong.
On a woman I like a soft tummy and nice hair
For both it has to be nice smile/teeth and a good bottom   |

In general I love strong hard arms and thighs.
To get my juices instantly flowing I love love love a happy trail.
Sometimes at work there can be a wee skirmish and shirts get ripped off or lifted - nothing hotter than a bad boy with a happy trail.

Females, ironing board flat stomach with at least a split down the centre but preferably abs, silicone implants, tight pert bum with shaped quads.
Males, abs, big developed arms, pecs, muscular quads and large lats with visible serratus. |

small, medium or large nice shape and in proportion to the rest of the body 
that's the thing that does it for me . Although being bald and wearing rigger boots would just boost you to the top of the list
