..so after the gym today my arms are shaking involuntarily and am wondering what could one do with shakey arms before it wears off

Stretch before you hit the gym and after I never last week and ended up very sore and got a row from my massage therapist , I do love that feeling after a good gym session orgasmic xxx

Ps if you're going to push your muscles that much during a session I would suggest you invest in arnica cream to massage your muscles after a cold shower

Don't go to the gym and punnish yourself if your not used to it or don't go often personally I don't use gyms often can get a better workout without needing to use a machine or sit in someone else's sweat puddles

It's nothing to worry about at all, just means you have worked them properly and the nervous system is in a little shock.

All good, helps build the mind muscle connection.

Cold showers/baths, warming up/warming down won't make the slightest bit of difference.

Just make sure you're eating enough protein to repair the damaged tissue.
