Don't go to the gym and punnish yourself if your not used to it or don't go often personally I don't use gyms often can get a better workout without needing to use a machine or sit in someone else's sweat puddles |

It's nothing to worry about at all, just means you have worked them properly and the nervous system is in a little shock.
All good, helps build the mind muscle connection.
Cold showers/baths, warming up/warming down won't make the slightest bit of difference.
Just make sure you're eating enough protein to repair the damaged tissue. |
