E-cig,get them from about £20 for the starter kit,I went from 30 a day down to 1 a week 12 weeks ago and haven't actually had a ciggie since the 15th of august |

"Champix tablets helped me.. 3 years off them now"
I had them a few years back and I did stop for a few months, got really stressed and stupidly went to the shop and bought ciggies! 
The dr said they are too expensive to prescribe them again!!  |

im the same I think its more the comfort from the actions and feel from smoking. vaping dosnt have the same actions or feel. Well thats my take I vape and smoke |

I got mine through the stop smoking group you should see if you could get them through that |

Fantastic achievement to all those who have managed to give up. Smoking isnt something I have ever done but have watched friends struggle to give it up.
A wee incentive which might help with willpower is every day put the money you would have spent on ciggies in a jar and watch it grow to a decent amount....then treat yourself to something really nice that you wouldn't otherwise have bought.

At the beginning I didn't think the e cig was the same but I stuck with it. I stuck to the tobacco flav ones to begin with, didn't go in for all the different flav ones to begin with and then after a while moved over to them, I found that helped a lot. I can't go a day without it dnt get me wrong haha I'm addicted to the vape now, just always make sure it's charged so I'm not giving myself the excuse that I NEED it and consider buying the real McCoy |

I think I'm mostly lacking will power. I am more determined to give up this time so hopefully that will help but suppose only time will tell. Apologies if I turn into crazy bitch over the next week! Hahaha
