What makes fab so fab? Or not so fab?

Still very much finding my feet and feel a little overwhelmed at times but we have been fortunate enough to chat with some lovely people and have made some naughty plans for the very near future. |

The people (well most of them) make fab what it is, including your own personal input. (not op per se, but "you" as in general)
Been here 7 years and know when to join in and have a laugh, but also know when to step away and not get involved.
Fab is what each individual can contribute.

surely the mail and attention is why people join and stay.... is that not a moot point.

I've met some lovely people, made good friends, chatted on the forums, been to cj's, get support when I need it and supported others when they've needed it.
I've been confidante, counsellor, advisor, shoulder to cry on and an ear to listen. I've seen things, done things, been places I never thought I would. I've given and received advice. Fab friends have come and gone, passed away or found happiness in relationships.
I've learned a lot about myself too. Fab has been a turning point, definitely gives an ego boost but equally the reality check is still there. Here's to many more fab times and old and new fab friends. X |

Definitely the people. Made some really good friends... had a few amazing meets. Had a good laugh in chat or reading some of the forum posts (feet up and popcorn for other posts).
It's what you make of the place that makes it fab or not. Know that nothing is ever guaranteed and don't make a complete tit out of yourself and all is good (says the guy who has fallen asleep on cam a couple of times = tit! Lol)  |

Chatting to people with the same interests as you , forums and chatrooms you can have a laugh too
If you are lucky and get to meet then it's a big bonus

I suppose its the amount of people I've met,social aspects, friends I've made(proper friendships),and a few short lived relationships. Of course, taking some of the wildest pic sessions with lotsa horny folks.
Though I'd point out fab is just the platform(obviously thankful for it),but unfortunately some people(of all groups),seem to think the site has to effectively provide them with meets, constantly blaming the site for their own failures, which can sometimes be rectified easily enough by themselves. |

It's all good as far as I'm concerned.
For me fab is what you make it and we're all responsible for our own journey. I've met some fantastic people, made some great friends and crossed paths with people that in everyday life I probably wouldn't have.
No negatives here as I just ignore the trumpets

The ability to meet people relatively easily with similar interests makes it fab. Would be pretty awkward to do so without a site like this. Haven't really come across anything to moan about to be honest. Occasionally there's stuff on the forums we don't agree with but we just tend to avoid those posts. Fab can be as simple or as difficult as you choose to make it. |

Think you have just summed up what fab is like in a couple of paragraphs
Except you missed out the paragraphs on the time wasters and fantasists
But I suppose even those morons are entitled to their fun, no matter how annoying to others
I just wish they would stop arranging meets with people and not showing
Some people go to a lot of expense for meets,
Outfits, transport, babysitters, even hotels
Thats not fare on the genuine fun seekers... |

It's def about making it work for your , exploring with nice likeminded people and enjoying yourself , you can fulfill your fantasies and learn so much about yourself too , as for drama and hassle I don't allow that shit bother me , I'm to busy enjoying life and having fun xx  |
