Pubs gone bad

I was in a pub with my friend tonight, a place that we used to go often, a place we loved.

But now the whole atmosphere seems to have changed. There were no other people in the place, the prices had gone up for no obvious reason & the music was unlistenable (they went for freestyle jazz at quite a high volume)

What places did you love that have been ruined or just got far too up themselves?

Paisley

The Corinthian. Used to go in often with friends then they refurbished it and moved the bar. Just wasn't the same.

My ex is now working in one of my old haunts, couldn't tell you how it is because that's more than enough to stop me setting foot in the place!

My old local. It was a traditional pub but it shut down, it's now had a £750k renovation into a posh restaurant and small bar.
