has anyone been to the bbw club in glasgow? us big girls get to dance without being a freak show and all the guys there are there coz theyre bbw lovers. id like to go see.. |

Aint this a tad sizeist? I've nothin against folk whether petite, large, medium or fabulous, and certainly wouldni view a larger lady as a freak show for doing something she enjoys! I tend to think it would cause uproar though were a club to open for size 8 and below only? |

in a way maybe it is...however its probably more NON sizeist.. as us larger framed folks get frowned upon and leered at if we try n have a booty shakin session.... its more a way o lettin us have fun without the bores ndrama queens pointing fingers and ridiculing us......

So where is the club 12 and under?
Why do we have black radio awards but no white ones?
Why do we have gay awards but no straight ones... is the world going under the pressure of minorities?? Soon we will have terrorist awards... get a grip and stop being so pc. Say what you mean and never regret it .... christ why are the minorities so anti the normal people???? |

if ya aint in the size 8-12 bracket...if ya in the normal bmi range..if ya dont wear glasses...if ya dont smoke...dont drink...only wear clothes from a certain store...only eat certain food....use a certain bog roll.........listen to certain music................................. whatever happened to... God you make me laugh u seem really cool lets meet??????? a lot o folks are way too obsessed with the packaging and not the product!!!!!!!!! |

It's just an American trend that has carried over here. They have had dedicated clubs for BBW's for many years. Not everyone who carries some weight has the confidence to party in amongst "normal" sized people. We are all sizeist to a certain degree, that's what makes the world tick. No one is attractive to everyone, we all have differing tastes. |

So if someone is a minority they are then not normal?
So....i will say what i mean and not regret it...as you suggest...
It is people that voice such vitriolic nonsense under the facade of non pc opinion that create the need for some 'minority' groups....
I will say one thing for posts of such a nature..at least it clearly illuminates people who think in such ways.
