A world of my own

Ive just been reading the updates on the two women from Ireland who have been forced to make the journey to the UK for a termination as its not legal there.

They are in my mind incredibly brave and courageous women. Their updates have been harrowing and I think in 2016 its a horrific thing to have to do during a time that will already be difficult.

However there have been many critics and trolls. Its an emotional subject of course. I just wondered if anyone else has been following the story?

I guess for the swinging community such stories may be more provoking. While contraception is used its always possible to fail.

It's absolutely disgusting that this still happens. It should absolutely be a woman's right to terminate, in my opinion. I know people disagree and they're entitled to. And I know there are people that say give birth then give them up... But that's harrowing in itself. I could talk about this all night but these are just initial thoughts... My heart goes out to these women... And any women who either have to make this choice... Or want to make this choice and have the actual decision taken from them

Not followed the story but in regards to pro or con abortion I can see both sides of the argument have valid points so I have a sore ass from sitting on the fence.

I confess that this is the first I've heard of it.

However, I agree. In this day and age it's ridiculous. Every woman should have the right to choose.

"I can honestly say this is NOT something I ever expected to read about on a fab swingers forum. "

I can't see why not ?it's a forum I've seen so many threads about controversial subjects on here.

I do believe if it doesn't turn into a slagging match then great

I actually think its somewhere it should be talked about.

A woman should be in charge of her own body. Its okay to discuss to want gangbangs or random strangers touching her in a car park but not what should be a right to decide if she has a child.

While hopefully people do take all the precautions; we know they are never 100% effective 100% of the time.

Im sad if the post has caused offence.

I think some are a little unfair here we have rules in this country that other countrys find wrong. Eire has this rule and its amazing the amount of non judgementals laying down a judgement lol. While I see folks point this was a known factor before pregnancy and I see it as medical intervention as opposed to choice.hope things go well for them.

The problem is that in 2016 no country should be banning women from having an abortion. That is the woman's choice, not the government.

Also, will the government be forking out to support these children they're trying to force women to have? Doubt it.

The point is no country should be dictating another countries democratic position

No my point was it took me by surprise as I didn't think anyone would volunteer that information on a public forum.

Im not saying yay or nay regards the topic.

Again its the subject that surprised me seeing it here on fab, as I've not been aware of this topic here before. My comment was based purely on that and nothing else.

I haven't heard of this story and in my opinion both the women have a choice to make no matter if the choice is good or bad, it's their body, their mind, their choice and they have to live with the consequences of their decision, I'm sure they have their own reasons to end their pregnancy, everyone has choices in life no matter what the choice is, we all have choices and we all have regrets as no one is perfect xx
