Been on here a few weeks, written to 74 women, 3 replies, no progress. I've tried the long detailed paragraph approach, and the short sentence. I've tried humour, cheeky good natured banter, flattery, small talk, the weather, The Olympics, anything! I always read the woman's profile and check that we're compatible for age, location and looking for the same things, but most of my emails are ignored, or deleted without even being read! What's my next move..... |

You gotta remember that woman aren't obligated in any way to respond or even read your message,
The biggest thing that helps a single guy on here is patience. 5 weeks is not long in the world of fab, for a lot of people the first thing they do when they receive a message is look at the profile from which it's been sent and make a decision if they're going to reply so maybe try changing some stuff there?

Appreciate that there's no obligation and there's roughly 100 guys for every female, but I've hardly had any profile views either. Yep, I change my profile regularly, but I've run out of ideas. I've noticed that the women are sick of cock pics, it's one of their favourite whines so I always send a face pic. Yes I keep a note of who I've written to - bit of a stats addict! It also helps me to see if there's a pattern I can change, but it just seems to be outright rejection whatever I try. Thanks for the good luck wish - gonna need it on here! |

I was here a couple of years ago and made lots of friends , this time around ive noticed theyve all gone for one reason or another and the sites changed so much and it is harder to connect and have a laugh if your a single guy starting out.
I guess the majority of crazy numpties have changed the attitude of many and made it difficult for the genuine numpties  |

Appreciate that O but G, but the big problem is getting verified, which is impossible if emails are ignored, never mind actually meeting someone for a chat to get verified. |

You could try getting verified by webcam. Head to the chat rooms.
Unfortunately I don't think there's room for a statistical examination of things to bear any fruit as you're up against the whims of people, which is difficult to quantify. Just keep trying. It sounds to me like you're doing fine with your opening messages. It's simply the vagaries of the site and its members holding you back. |

Thanks for that Captain. Unfortunately I'm a bit of a technophobe to use webcams/chatrooms, I don't understand the jargon used, and Windows 10 is diabolical. I'll just keep plugging away trying different types of profiles and intro messages, I must surely get a break eventually |

Totally agree Rocket. The other problem is 'couples' that mysteriously have no female available at any time! Puts a lot of women on there guard!! |

I'd imagine that most webcams can just be plugged straight into your computer, have them install themselves and then be ready to use. Have a look at the chat rooms anyway. I think there might be a guide on how to get yourself on cam somewhere. If not, google it. It's really not difficult to do and could help you a lot |

Like the other post say, be yourself don't lie you always get caught out. Theirs a woman out there for you just waiting game, as soon you get verified then you start having fun. Go to a club you don't have to do anything you don't want to do. Best way. Good luck and happy fabbing |

I was in the same boat until I was lucky enough to go to a social and meet a few people. Once there I was made to feel welcome and the pressure of trying to impress was immediately gone. This was definitely a turning point for me. |
