Although I obviously have stuff, I'm not really a materialistic person. Friends, love and family are more important to me. (Mr)

My secret treasure map that tells me where Blackbeards gold is.

Not done me much good but I have had it since I was nine years old.

My bass. I haven't played it it years and it's just a cheap one as my good one broke but it brings back so many memory's and represents who I used to be.

Plus if it was my only possession it would be a great excuse to get it out and start playing again.

I don't think I would keep anything material. Yes there are some things that are 'important ' I guess but maybe I would just start all over again.

I would just like not to lose my memories as I turn into a mad dribbling old lady

Would depend in the situation.

If I was going on a holiday or something for a short period of time then I would bring ME nothing else required.

However if we were talking Apocalypse then whatever it takes to survive. I have ME which includes my wits, instincts and many many years of experience. One or two tools would come with me.

An antique silver picture frame which was my great grandfather's with the picture of my family in it.

Without memories you have nothing.

For me: it'd be a Very specific guitar! The one acoustic that my 6yr. Old daughter save up her pittance of an allowance for six months to get me, only knowing the brand.. she walked into the music store & picked a custom painted/deep bodied beauty miles above her budget(Bless her lil' heart"....and Mommy, who actually paid for it"!) She's 32 today: having made ma a VERY PROUD "Pawpaw" of the family's Princess!

The guitar: it sleeps blissful & pristine always close & safely stowed in her luxuriously comfortable "Road-bed"! That's the way "Ovation" wanted it, I think! Only with custom lowered action,& special tuning machines(She's strung with 11's!) Custom bridge & saddle! She's Soo sweet, bright,& responsive.... I think she'll be buried next to me to jam with that "Peter" guy?(& now the AMAZING band that's gone that way this year alone!) Or: is it "Gabriel"? Peter Gabriel? Nawt possible! Nae!
