Who decided it was a good idea to tow an oil rig in a storm with only one tug in attendance with a lee shore? The insurance scammer?

Anyway going down in the morning to take a look at it to rescue the whisky.

I was surprised to hear this, but apparently it's commonplace for a single tug to tow rigs at sea.
