I had 4lbs of popeseye steak from my favourite butcher in Alloa. Cooked it myself on the griddle and me and the kids devoured the lot. Succulent, juicy, soft.  |

go on sky movies and search for "we still kill the old way",it's absolutely fantastic,Iain ogilvie,James cosmo and Christopher Ellison, it's basically an up to date,pumped up version of the krays,some bits do make you go "oh ya fucker that's gonna hurt" |

Night in with the Olympics for me. Was going to go out but my pal isn't well. Did consider seeing if anyone else was out but my other pal popped in for a 2 hour cuppa so too late now and can't be assed getting dressed up |
