As a newbie to the city, where are local hangouts for places to eat/drink, go for a walk, good views of the city, history etc..
Even good places for dates.
My evenings/weekends are pretty empty for the moment, so it'll be nice to be able to check out some great places  |

You don't say which area you're in but Ashton Lane, Westend is a good weekend spot.
The Merchant City area of the city centre is fun & had the Merchant City Festival this week.
For Fab Socials keep your eye on Scottish Forums as they're always a great way to meet fellow swingers in a relaxed atmosphere, or check Events & Clubs for Scottish Clubs & how folk rate them.
