Obviously looks play a part in it aye but you need a girl who has banter, who can have a laugh with you and not take jokes too seriously, also you need a girl you can have a conversation which just flows cause don't get me wrong, I've had some shit conversations with some girls, I swear I'd have a better convo with a plank of wood sometimes lol |

There definitely has to be a connection that is more that looks, that mysterious chemistry we all seek, understand and have experienced but can't quite explain. It does not compromise the nature of the site... in fact it makes it easier to find I think |

Personality. If I can have a laugh and joke firstly then I'm intrigued. Looks come into it to but secondary.
I couldn't meet a hot guy that was dull and boring. I like to be mentally stimulated first. |

Bit of both, as many have suggested above.
But it depends on the nature of the meet. If you're having a quick one off, then it's mostly looks.
Otherwise, for a regular friend, then you definitely need the personality/chemistry.... |

Ideally looks are there for the initial connection , however there's been people we've had fun with that their personality has shone through when there wasn't an initial attraction |

Looks do eventually come into it but if I'm chatting with someone and the banter is good then I'd definitely meet for a social. Anyone that knows me on here knows the banter and laughter are high on my list. |

I would definitely say it's the personality wins it for me plus you have to have a gsoh. Plus it's hard to judge via a pic and a profile until u come face to face .like about 3mnth ago met a couple in cjs aparently they had blocked me .and within 1hr of chatting they unblock me as I am a decent guy |

I would first be for personality, but i do go for looks as well, I find that if you can laugh and tease one another,hold awesome conversations,make fun of one another
That saying im picky,prefer quality ie they have to have a certain va va voom(couldn't think if certain word lol)there needs to be a spark,even in conversations on here you can always feel it ooze through |

A bit of both although I like good chat and if it flows easily between myself and a guy its all good. Looks do come into it though, has to be a physical as well as mental attraction if that makes sense lol |

Sometimes you just click and the chat flows , looks play a small part as the chat and getting on with some takes over , same as in work , pub etc there is people who you just hit it off with and like  |

I look for someone nice to look at with a good personality.
A good personality with a paper bag over their head wouldn't do it for me am afraid 
Chemistry is generated from both the personality and the spark in one's eye and smile etc... At least it does for me.

It's both for me, looks and personality, you get people saying I'm not interested in looks but I think that's bollocks tbh. I couldn't meet a guy who looked like my ex lol, hence looks do come into it in some way. |

I hate Womens profiles that belittle themselves in relation to their weight.
Swinging isnt about size ..Uts about making a mutual connection....
Agreed looks do play a part ..but for me personality ticks boxes for me
