Long ponderous answer: I was on as a single for years & met girls & couples. Now I'm on here with Mrs J & we meet...girls & couples (& the odd guy on occasion)
People have busy lives & they use this site for whatever they see fit. Some just like to feel part of a "club" where they can freely talk about sex & fantasies that they can't talk to friends about, some are desperate & will shag anything that moves, some are busy & like the occasional fun to spice things up a little, some are seeking friends, some a relationship, some to get their end away.

Some people think fab is just for a quick fuck. It's a swinging site. Swinging is a lot more there sex there's a wonderful social side to it. We have made a lot if great friends over the years.
People do meet but not all can do so at a drop of a hat. Unfortunately first impressions count on fab. Your profile is your selling point. Us personally wouldn't reply as there's to many cock pics on your profile and it doest say much about yourself (just out opinion)

I think some of the longer serving members are in a position to be waiting for someone exceptional because they already have their list of contacts they play with. Some may be looking for a relationship others are unsure who is married or committed and don't want to be the other person. This makes it hard for newbies to get into the scene but then again maybe start with photo verification and go to party nights or social events first. |

Wee meet and have been on fab for over a year but due to other commitments it's difficult aswell

Im here to just mingle, meet lovely people, i do do meets but i tend to also not be very forward a lot, if we do hit it off believe me you will know hehe....ive had great meets bar 1 from Fab and well its always to learn from the first mistake and not go near that type of person again
Due to my distance i dont have own transport so cant do club meets in either Glasgow or Edinburgh unless i was staying a weekend in either place...its why when i go down to my favourite place blackpool i tend to meet many lovely folk in a club i enjoy and the pool in the middle is just to die for hehe
But yes would love to meet others just to maybe put name to face and who knows what...but all in all it takes patience and time and things can eventually fall in to place.

I agree with Peaches, if anyone has 'just ask' or a tiny bit on their profile I just think 'lazy' and pass on by. I've rejected guys for that and they've responded with 'well what do you want to know?' If they can't be bothered to sell themselves to me, why should I bother to engage?
I like to read something about the person/couple, see if they seem to have a sense of humour and if there's stuff there to interest me.
I haven't looked at yours so can't comment on that, but what appeals to me is a nice blurb about themselves coupled with some good pics. If they don't have that I don't waste my time. |

awwww ive been thinking the same, swingers is harder to get a genuine ride than fab guys....but still , to mant bi courious men, not confident in meeting me never had fun with guys so dont even know if they.ll like it and god forbid started acting all crazy...... no good at all.

Many want to meet but are too scared or nervous. There are many whom you think with their profile that they want to meet but in reality they don't.
We all have our views of people like that, some are genuine and trying to get over the line, some just like to keep people hanging.
Me, Sometimes I just on for the banter and good laughs which is usual for me but sometimes I do meet. Sorry girls but you have to receive a punishment sometimes, tut tut, band banter etc...
If you think you getting messed about as people are not meeting you after chat, don't take it personal as they may be trying to pluck up the courage

I send a message to chat and sometimes don't hear anything
Right enough it says in my profile I'm 25 when I'm really 35 tried to correct it but it won't let me.
Maybe that's the trouble with me.
