Just a quick note to tell everyone we made £1700 from the social and that the cheque was sent off today. I d like to thank everyone for coming or making donations and just generally putting their hands in their pockets or purses it wouldnt have been possible without all of you. |

Well done to davidmkylie and all those who organised the whole social, an excellent time was had by me and my girlfriend (laurababy20) both being our first social, the atmosphere was amazing, the people there wear jus the best roll on more socials like this peeps xxxxxx

Er.... that'd be ALL the Armed Forces." I would assume so but in the present day it is the army who are suffering the most dead and maimed due to the nature of todays conflicts, but is it realy apt to start splitting hairs over the way someone conveys their thanks towards the charity night.
We were not there but I will say well done Colin and all others involved for the effort made.
I know what goes on in at least one of the places British troops are deployed at present a lot of it for some reason unreported by the media and believe me they need and deserve any support we can give them.
Dont turn another good post into a sniping game. |
