What's wrong with a straight forward " I had a fantastic night last night . Im really sorry but I've got tonnes I need to get done today, so I need to get ready and go out. " .?

Nothing wrong at all with what you did .I'd not feel bad at all.
Maybe set the expectation the night before if they are stating over so they are full a wear. Sometimes you may have to be direct if they aren't shifting .but it's your place and you have your own plans.I dare say most won't want to over stay their welcome . |

Wasnt even planned she stays near me and have walked from pub down the road with her many times then last night lol .
Thanks for advice i did kinda feel bad telling her to go but we did say its just a bit of fun before going to mine |

She knows i dont have a wife or anything.
Lots of ifs and maybes aswell but i was busy yesterday told her that aswell.
