Haven't used them personally so can't really comment. Although I can imagine, like any faceless, internet based site/app, there will be needless dramas.  |

Never been interested in kik chat as I have all I joined here for so no need to go elsewhere.
But after a few comments the other day that just confirmed what many folk had been saying about kik chat on the forums before.

Love it.
And it makes me laugh how much it winds people who claim not to be interested in it up! 
Anything I'm not interested in, I just don't comment on. Simple.

Never been in any of the groups that are offered on here, as I think it would be hard to keep up and I've heard of people getting chucked out of some if they haven't been on in a week 
I do use group chats on kik, whatsapp and google hangouts though, and they're a lot of fun

Depending on the group they can be a lot of fun.
I love the variety of conversations,one minute we'recommend talking EU referendum then it's dogging and breast pictures.
I've always been a fan of chat rooms,back in the day it was yahoo chat,kik is just an extension of that I suppose.
Part of the attraction of Kik groups is how easy it is to dip in and out of on my phone.
