Strange question, but I'm only asking this cause I'm the shy type, and are never sure how to do it.

When you greet a female friend and say goodbye, what is the correct way to do it?

I'm more of a hugger, so that's what I tend to do, but how do other people do it?

Depends on how well you know her, I tend to just give a peck on cheek if just a friend, but if more, the a kiss on lips.

Almost always a hug, and depending on how well I know them, a kiss on the cheek or lips

Depends if the female is a hugging person. I'm not and normally leave on a "see ya later" then followed by a high 5

I'm touchy feely so it would be a hug & kiss unless I know it's not their thing then I'd just say catch up soon or something x

Being English, a good firm handshake.

Then again, if she's a Fab friend, you can grab her tits and make a motorbike noise
