I have a bad back?

I know this is a random place to ask for help but well it's a sex injury. I've basically buggered the right side of my neck and it goes down round my shoulder blades.... Any advice, help or professional knowledge appreciated.

You've probably just pulled a muscle. Try using Deep Heat/heat pads, and rest if you can. You'll likely be fine in a few days, but if you think it's something more serious see a doctor.
