I came off kik for a bit as I was getting loads of fake profiles contacting me! Has anyone else had this issue?

I can't remember my password to get back in but it was loads of obviously fake women's profiles just saying "Hi want to chat?"

Is this a scam?

I get them all the time, I never open them just delete

Get load's of them on kik. I don't open any chats unless I know who it is .
