I'm traveling alone around Scotland this week. Just waking up in Edinburgh then onto Stirling, loch lomond, fort William and Skye..
Can anyone recommend good hills to climb or places to see/visit in these areas?
And if you're from around any of these areas, say hello, we can go for a drink (.....or dogging?) |

Looks like you've picked a fantastic week for West Coast of Scotland.. Anywhere really, from Argyll, through Lochaber, Wester Ross if you're into walking and some of the most stunningly beautiful scenery you've ever seen then you've hit jackpot! |

The ferry prices have come down a lot so I think you can get a trip to Mull from Oban as a foot passenger now for £15.
Ferries to the outer islands take several hours but are a great way to see the scenery if the weather is good.
Worth checking Calmac website for updates as ferries sometimes do get cancelled if too windy. |

I was on Mull a few weeks ago. Costs less than £7 for return passenger. Think car and driver return was just over £30.
I need to go back as I didn't get to distillery. |
