Is it an option to improve the existing turf??? you are at the beginning of the season so a little effort can make a huge difference now- aerating, n feed etc ??? Might be cheaper  |

Unfortunately not it has decorative stones so they need removed and grass put down  .
If i had any grass at all would have done that. |
