People who join kik groups and bugger off within 24 hours?

I got invited to join a kik group, the night that I joined was the night before my day shift started, so I had a wee chat that night, then a quick hello good morning, nothing until the following morning as I was busy and had no time, and nothing for the rest if that day as I was working, when I went on at night I had been kicked from the group, apparently I was branded a lurker  luckily I don't give two hoots about kiss ass kik groups |

Maybe they join and find someone they don't like in it...
Maybe they join and forget...
Maybe the chat moves too fast..
Maybe they don't like that it is / isn't (depending on the group) full of sex chat / cyber...
Or maybe they're just nosey and want to know whats being said..
Maybe they have their own Kik group and are looking for members from other groups...
Endless reasons 
I've done the join and forget thing recently..... Wasnt even on kik and went back after a week and I'd been removed  ....(which is fair enough) |

So is it only me that kept on kicking themselves off the group?......
Notifications which I couldn't turn off on my tattie of a phone were doing my nut clean in!

I think they're OK amongst a few folk but if there's loads on there they're too hard to keep track of. Plus the constant whining of my phone going off was too much.
That being said I was punted out the last one despite giving notice I was gonna be on holiday. |

Think chat rooms are for me rather than Kik groups. I'm one for wandering off and doing other things, and if you MUST log in every 24 hours to stay in the group I'd be a permanent resident of the banned-wagon! |

I kind of agree. I join groups for fun, but apparently in some you need to post within a certain time frame or you'll be kicked out. So don't go on holiday, lol! |

that's just it though, we're finding 'our people' and making something a bit more intimate than on here.
i'm in my first kik group and really enjoying it. we all get on and can chat about anything we want. |

I was on one a while ago, some genuine nice people on it and no doubt still are but I'm too busy to sit and try to keep up with the amount of posts. Seeing some of the god awful patter from some guys was just soul destroying so came off to allow someone else who would be better suited to take my place.
It's like everything else in life, people like different things so if someone joins it and doesn't like it, then ofcourse they will leave it. Only a tube would expect them not to |
