Just been kindly told by another user someone has been stealing my pictures from here and using them on xhamster , how do you report this on here ? of course I have informed the other site I hadn't uploaded the pictures and to remove them this was 9 months ago was a user naughty_girls that uploaded them but they no longer on the site ffs ! |

This has happened to me on numerous occasions and had to involve police at one point which was slightly embarrassing but hey we're all adults!
They had stolen my pictures, found out my full name and where about in Edinburgh I stay..
Just keep contacting xhamster and they take them down but can't guarantee they won't be back up again  |

That is shocking, i hope that the Police were all over them like a rash at the bare minimum that is theft of electronicaly stored information. |

Once it's online it's on forever, especially on sites such as xhamster. There are weirdos and creeps everywhere in life but on sites like that and even here, alongside the genuine and mature people you also get the absolute dregs of society.
All you can do it keep your eyes peeled and report it, however no doubt theyl be on other sites too. Will feel like your fighting the tide at times |

My friend who was underage had some personal pictures uploaded to a porn site and she contacted the site owners or something threatened the police would be involved if they weren't taken down as she was only 13 or 14 at the time. Thankfully her parents never found out and they were taken down! |

Eh? What kind of personal pics are 13/14 year olds uploading? And if you have friends of this age should you not be involving social services or am I wrong? |

I knew a girl whose bf filmed them having sex and sent the videos to his pals who uploaded them to different sites. Poor girl was devasted and the ex-bf ended up with a sore face after some of her pals got hold of him. |

I would agree with this. Keep your face photos private. Too many sad people who think it's ok to steal images. Hope you get them removed from the porn site. |

You can send a DMCA takedown notice to the site owner. Generic letters are online as they are used by the big corps to remove all the pirated stuff. I've used it for my artwork before and basically the uploader has to provide evidence to the site owner that the pictures are theirs.

Hi i had this problem last year.someone stole my pictures and set up a social media account with links to my facebook.
In my case i was very open to all my friends about my swingihg and one of them must have done it as they had all my personal details .

I know a lass that had a few videos and pics posted on there and a few other sites. The poor girls ex-BF posted them The a***hole in question got 10 months in the"Big hoose" for for revenge porn. As its now writen into law you could get him charger at least, and a copy of the court order sent to the admins of the site. If they realise how serious toj took it and maybe then they'll buck up their ideas and remove them for you.
The authorities have take a few some steps towards punishing these people. (Not enough in my opion) you could seek legal advice. |
