Just to clarify, it's not meant to cause offence and is genuine. I say ladies because I generally find women more trustworthy and this is important as the person will be alone in my property 99% of the time! |

Is it definitely just open to women, as I am currently looking for work in Aberdeen due to being made redundant last month.
