Not giving the under 25's a chance

First off I'll start by saying yes this is through experience as I'm 23.

So many times I browse profiles and see that there within range and meet the "criteria" then to find they don't accept messages from people my age. It's so frsutating why is this? Is it they think they'll be to immature won't be able to hold a conversation don't want to be bombarded by "want to fuck tonight" or is it they just don't find those ages attractive. What's your thoughts?

Jack

For me, under 25 is too close to my oldest son's age. Under 25's usually can't accommodate for the reason we don't accommodate.

For me, guys under 30 are rather immature, and I've always been drawn to older men. I wouldn't have anything in common with a guy that young, just as I wouldn't be able to relate to a 60yr old guy.

Most people want to meet similar people to them, that's all.

I personally prefer younger men but ultimately it's down to attraction

I prefer younger guys and have been with a few guys in their early 20s, prefer a wee bit older and a guy who can accomodate and usually the younger guy cant

Not a lot you can do about it. I'm over 25 and still out with the age range on some profiles.

So many differences. I get what a lot of you's are saying though can tarnish all young people with same immature brush. For instance I've my own home, car responsibilities etc to man of 40 would have. I just hate to see wasted opportunity not come to be. X

plenty woman wont meet over 35 does this mean its a wasted opportunity nope it means they dont wish to meet someone older. You may feel your mature for your age dosnt mean you are at the same level of maturity as what the persons after. Swings and roundabouts purging about it will never solve it.

Your profile says you can't accommodate.

You have certain preferences on your profile.. It's personal choice and that should be respected, not condemned

"they don't accept messages from people my age. It's so frsutating why is this?"

Because you are younger than my children. That is a bottom limit for us.

On the whole I just go for guys a bit older than me. However there are exceptions, but because you've got no public pics if you *were* local to me I wouldn't know if you were one of said exceptions.

Had a similar situation at the weekend. Young guy 23 in the army posted all his personal details on the forum.

Nothing against the guy but it was the teenage attitude when he messaged us.
