Gym's in Ayrshire?

Hey all

Looking for a good gym in Ayrshire, I'm in Irvine but don't mind traveling for a good one. Looking for more of a bodybuilding gym than a fancy health club, though a sauna would be nice

Can anyone recommend any?

I've never been but I've been told the new one in kilwinning is meant to be great. But I can't remember the name of it lol.

It's part of a chain and it's down where the old fulartons factory's used to be. Xxxx

I'll need to check it out I did hear something about a new one opening a while back.

It's good to know there's a place nearby for the all important post workout meal

LOL you can't turn down the protein

also gives you a reason for some late night cardio
