Hello there friends I am looking for a venue in Hamilton and the close surrounding area and was going to ask the wonderful people of the thread if anyone would be willing to offer there house for the evening? If you are willing to do this for us all then please (AND I CANT STRESS THIS POINT ENOUGH) PM ME!!! And we can possibly arrange the fine details.

The only reason I ask people is because there are a few venues within this area (that I know of) that could be suitable.

If anyone has any ideas of venues that would be suitable then I welcome any and all of your suggestions.

I am thinking of arranging the date for early April or mid April, this allows for plenty time to get things organised and List of bodies that will be attending. Also and most importantly a venue arranged and as I mentioned above, I have no clue of any venue that would be suitable.

All and any HELP! Is greatly appreciated there seems to be a gray deal of interest In this event so let's help each other out and make this happen.

Some people have suggested renting a flat, others have even recommended M&D theme park.

Most pubs hire out their function rooms for little to no fee just to get paying customers through the door

The op has never done a social before so let's try and help .

Op all you need to do is mail the details 24hrs before the social .

Some socials have used mobile numbers before for sending out last min details so this isnt anything new

My apologies if this is strange I shall take this advice and Mail the details in advance of the event I hope this has not put anyone off as you say this is my first social I have organised. Oh truly sorry everyone I'm just back from work and noticed I haven't actually put a specific date. The event should take place on the 30th of March this would be a Wednesday evening

30th of March for anyone willing to attend I shall post the details of the event hope your all well and hopefully everyone is available.

Truly sorry if my organisation for this event had been lacking but please give me credit as this is my first ever event.
