May be off the mark, but just what is it with folk who constantly update their profiles to complain about absolutely everyone and everything under the sun?
They then appear on your local update page bringing nothing but news of misery and disharmony.
If you aren't happy with the site then why stay?
If you don't like someone or something, other than you, who cares?

Status moaner forget their profile is their 'shop window' as such. Doesn't do them any favours in the long run.
Also 'anyone free for a shag' ...... anyone that will go with anyone is far too desperate for my liking.

Moaners and people who use it to slag others off. One guy near us is ALWAYS using it to slag people off - guys it will always be about 'hung guys not being hung' and women it's about how ugly / fat they all are.
What astounds me is he still gets meets  |

I actually find them quite entertaining sometimes! 
Seriously though, the desperation that's shown in so few words with some of them is not very flattering. As has been said already in the thread, status posts are indeed a shop window & it does help see who may be worth avoiding.  |

That's what I'm always amazed about with this guy - looking at his status updates you would wonder why he was here at all - yet he regularly gets new veri's!!!

My status is as it is as I'm happy to chat to folk but just not meeting privately because my confidence is shot because of a bad meet I had the other week. Have seen some folk who are really aggressive in their status though.... Then they wonder why they can't get a meet! |

I do find the people who post that they are going to leave the site cause it's full of timewasters ect a bit tiresome
It's like ok just leave, do they actually expect to get a rush of people messaging them saying please stay I'll meet you you're fabulous ?
But then I find people who do those negative attention seeking posts on facebook annoying
