Anyone else get periods in a month when they can't sleep at all , or worse still wake up really early , very frustrating

Up early almost every morning and hate it if I sleep late feel as if half the day is stolen. Second I wake up im out the bed mornings are the greatest

I sleep like the dead and can do late and get up early, I know it's awful to have sleep problems so consider myself very lucky

I can sleep anytime, even if I nap during day I'll still sleep at night.

John has opposite problem, sleeps 3 to 4 hours a night if he's lucky.

I'm up at 4:30 & on my days off I'm lucky to sleep till 5:30....No good!

My sleeps are so crap. I only have about 4 hours of good sleep, if I'm lucky
