Hi Guys,
There are loads of them you could try...The Apex in the grassmarket, The Missoni just off the royal mile, The Ibis just off the royal mile, The Holiday Inn just south of Princes Street. All of these are handy for the city centre, eating and drinking.
Hope you guys have a blast at the weekend if you come up.

Novotel Edinburgh Centre - Good value, walking distance to after8, pubic triangle and fun bars, decent all day parking price and good facilities.
Premier Inn - Edinburgh City Centre (Haymarket): good location for Princes street, Haymarket and good value.
A Personal Favourite of mine is aboutique hotel called the Glasshouse but it will cost you.
There are some really nice B&B's in Edinburgh too, I found one with four poster beds too - Kingsburgh House
Hope that helps.

A less subtle approach may be better.........don't want the site crashing!!
Novotel is good but more central / right on George Street there is Le Monde, Tigerlilly or the George Hotel itself, a bit more upmarket and classy.
