How long do you normally need to wait for an email back? I emailed on Friday and still nothing back to say my 2 friends (female) are okay to be added on x

Normally get the email with details midweek before the party...

If you haven't had anything by Wed / Thurs I would mail again.

Normally it's within half an hour but I emailed her to change my booking around 3pm and still haven't heard anything

Must just depend.

sometimes it's best to send a text message, i find it's much more quicker for a reply.
