Marie Curie Receipt

Just to let everyone know we have finally received a letter from the Marie Curie Cancer Charity regarding the £1005 raised by everyone at the Glasgow Social on 23rd May. We've scanned it into our pictures so you can all have a look for yourselves and thanks again for helping to raise so much money for a worthy cause.

Once again, a big "well done" to all invoved for putting together a great evening (at very short notice) & for raising such a large sum for a very worthwhile cause.

we had a blast that night and made it even better now knowing all the money raised is going to a gr8 cause.

Thank you and well done to Greig, Lesley and all the others who worked their socks off to make the night happen. Great to know Marie Curie had such a handsome boost in funds from our little social. xxx

Well done all the organisers. Fantastic that such a huge amount was raised in addition to pulling it all together with such short notice.

We had an absolute ball at our first fab social and will definitely be at more!!

You guys did a fantastic job was only our 2nd social & we had a brilliant time, esp Garry's slow striptease at our table when fifelass was getting her dance wow

making so many wonderful friends on here & socials are good places for putting faces to names. Hope you guys do it again coz we for one will definitely be there xx
