When you fall in love with someone younger and I mean no
More than ten years here. I will be past my best yet they will still be going. How will I feel. My be as I have another birthday coming up. But am not getting younger. That fear that I could end up on my own is rather haunting. Too much wine lol |

Did the same when I was 30 but the family were all arseholes so it didn't matter to me what they thought.
I still ended it, her giggling was like razor blades to my ears, thus endth any attempt to date the very young. |

We all have the fear of getting old - nowt much we can do about apart from making every moment count. Life has its ups and downs but that's what makes life interesting and how we deal with it makes the special moments really count helps us pull through the tough times.
What makes you think you will end up on your own? |

Thanks all. Head was just the same mince lol as for the wine effect it was not to bad. Helps Mondays go quicker. Think we all have thoughts about the future at times. I don't know if I will end up on my own. I will need someone to push my chair to the local lol if I end up in one that is. |

Hmmm love transcends age I think. I used to work with a girl who married someone thirty years older than her and she had two lovely children. Yes he died and left her a young widow with two young children but she wouldn't swap a moment of her time with him.
I'm more concerned you seem rather caught up in who's going to DO things for you rather than being any burden to them... however perhaps they won't see it that way.
Glad the heads better at least |

I recently watched a documentary on 50's Hollywood heart throb Tab Hunter. His long term partner, Allan Glaser is about 30 odd years his junior - proving that when it comes to love, age & longevity numbers don't really come into it. There's someone for everybody. |
