I do like the secretary look; unbuttoned white blouse, necklace, pencil skirt, large rimmed glasses. But I also like torn jeans and t-shirt (the farm-girl look).

But just pure naked is more than enough.

I'd go for both, but its fun to undress someone from fully clothed down to undies, nothing rushed and things tucked away properly. If someone makes the effort to dress up for you, the very least you can do is show you really appreciate it.
