Why no single males to many parties/events. I'm a single straight female who doesn't play with couples. So who is there for me

Maybe us straight singles should have our own socials

Seems the site is only fun if your a couple or bi fem who is happy to be a couples toy

Moral of story invite more males and you might get more single females

Bring on the linching

I'll be doing this in the near future.

I agree but most guys on here don't have patience to pick and choose the guests lol

I guess it is what it is cherry.

All the single ladies looking for a party with single guys get together, organize it and cherry pick the guys you want

Yeh it's just those who hold socials and only allow a handful of males. Makes me as a single fem not want to go.

Always be more males to females due to ratio on site. All the better for us girlies I say lol

We've hosted two parties so far and invite a mix of couples and singles. We try to keep the amount of single guys and ladies the same, so the ratio isn't skewed.

The last party we had there were many guys interested, yet when it came to the finer details they bailed/disappeared! So not a lot we can do about that unfortunately

To much hassle and leads to presumptions. I'd rather turn up to a party without having to pair off all my potential suitors lol

crazy thought when you consider most cpls only want to meet single fems so why have competition lol as for singles socials its been tried a few times usually ending up with but your wanting to exclude most of the site comments. but its fine to have a bbw appriciation society.

It's not always the case that less single males get invited..

When I plan a party I always invite at least twice as many single guys as single females..

If they all turn up great.. suits me, but every time so many come up with lame last minute excuses..so the single male turn up rate is between a third and a half of those who've been invited and have initially confirmed. Then making it seem like a minority of single guys.

There's even 1 guy who I just refuse to invite anymore... My parties caused 6 of his grannies to pass away and a few of his pets too!!

I have had good responses from both couples and single females, both straight and bi, when I hold a small house party. Each one has been a resounding success.

Well, apart from being the angel of death , I think you've summed half the problem up here - some single guys just bottle it, hence why they seem scarce at socials.

All I can suggest is go anyway and hope for the best if you're a single lady

I think if anyone arranges a social/party and someone fails to turn up or says cant at last minute, then, (my _iew only), would be the last person I'd invite ever again and if I did decide to invite them again that would without doubt be their last chance

just saying like

When we've organised socials in the past we try and get a good mix of couples and singles, although when push comes to shove it's the single males that tend to cancel.

It's a tricky one for organisers really. Trying to get the right balance and trying to please everyone.

So maybe a singles one is needed. But didn't it get mentioned before on here and shot down in flames?

I don't think it got shut down in flames. ..think there were some who had added thier name's and we're accepted but werent single in the true sense.

Sure it wa's going to be rescheduled at some point

A "singles" social sounds good...as long as someone else is organising it! ( I mean someone apart from me)

It must be difficult to try and get the dynamic correct for a play party, to ensure the mix is right to try and minimise people feeling left out. The play preferences will likely prioritise couples and bi females and as Cherry correctly identifies straight single females are looking for a playmate in a single guy. The leaning in the swinging world is 'bi female' and this increases the opportunity if they are part of a couple. The couples know that , thus not all are actually bi.

as for a non play social, I can't see any reason for ratio's.

I don't limit single males for socials or drinks night because its simply a night out its a first come first served basis ... its totally different for private parties to make sure the right mix of people are there

I completely get the mix thing and I know guys can be full of bravado and not turn up. But there are some socials organised where it does state "no single males" or they have to hook up with a single fem and go as a couple (even when they ain't a "couple")

.....and btw I love my couple friends and like a good ole flirt. And hey I can be fickle. But I need something do make me wanna turn up in the first place.

my parties are advertised on my profile and I know quite a few others who do parties in this way.

id find it pretty boring if it was the same people being invited every time so maybe if you did become interested at some point check out some profiles .

Not the case, we've organised a few socials with no limits on gender numbers - inundated with requests from single guys, very few single girls even show an interest.

That's been our experience anyhoo.

It's just like everything else, people say they do something and they don't. I have read lots of profiles stating various different things and came to a quick conclusion that it doesn't matter what a profile says people lie.

I thought this was a social site as well as the rest, yet hardly anyone who says they chat actually does lol

I love it, statistical analysis or turn out rate.
