I feel for you! Done it many times.

I'm up with an ear infection that is doing a grand job at fighting off the antibiotics so painkillers for me too.

It's way too early.

Think you maybe need one of the doctors "magic" injections. Don't mess about with your back...you kinda need it! It may be a slipped disc...

You have my sympathy, I've suffered back pain for years. A massage just gives very temporary relief (much like dodgy massages). I find going to the gym helps - spinning, weights etc. Takes time tho'. Hope you feel better soon.

If it is, get in the zone and think your gonna win this battle

I'm sure you will come through

Always best to get second opinions or advice, so do look for a physio for some ideas on help/workout

Good Luck and all the best

There's a cream I use called movelat it's very good for that kind of thing. My bf strained his tendon in his knee a while back and that cream was the diffrence between him walking with or without a crutch. Xxxxx

I feel your pain, I have the same thing. I find a chriopractor helps more than the physio tho, may be worth a try if you havnt went down that route before

At the moment in layed up in bed with a full leg cast on and a really bad itch behind my knee
