disappearing profile

My friend profile disappeared she wasnt sure why. When u click it says maybe suspended by admin. She messaged and hasnt heard back. Anyone any ideas

Tbh Admin will more than likely not tell you anything. And your pal might have had an email.

And of the day they have clearly done something wrong.

Admin can take 48 hours (more if very busy) to reply to reports..

If its been longer than that maybe your friend should contact them again.

Although I wouldn't think admin would suspend a profile without proof that the profile in question hadn't broken at least one of the site rules

I've seen profile suspended for 24hrs but usually just from chat because of something said in a room. Strange that there's apparently no email

Suspension would equate to a serious contravention of site rules. I'm sure your friend must have some idea of the problem.
