Think half of Scotland has got it.

I'm so so gubbed with it. Tryed everything.

Anybody had it. Anything help ??

I had it. Christmas and new year ruined. Had antibiotics but still got a pretty bad cough. Reckon I'll just have to let it run it's course.

Thankfully been in rude health for a good while. I used to get the jab every year when I was in NHS.

That often knocked me for six for a week

Its Truely brutal. That burning up and not being able to breath. You would swear I had went into the shower with my pjs on.

Feed a cold, starve a fever. Apart from tons of fluids and bed rest the only thing that helped me with flu is good old paracetamol.

Had it for 2 weeks now and its not fir shifting, unfortunately can't take any over the counter stuff because of the meds I am on

Whenever I'm getting over a virus, I get metatone tonic from the chemist. It's full of vitamins and minerals to help your body get back to normal

Both of us had it in early December, still not feeling 100%
