Stick it on the dogs collar - you'll amaze your mates

I use a Garmin but I was thinking of getting one of those bands that count your steps and monitor sleep patterns. I.E your deep sleep.

Any reviews appreciated.

If you go on the app on your phone and it syncs with friends on Facebook

Received a Fitbit Charge HR for my Xmas

Just set it up and synced t this afternoon

Not about to sync with friends but should be a case of add friends and it searches your contacts list.

If you're on Android, click the three wee lines at the top left of dashboard, click friends and then the wee add sign...

Had a fit bit. Sold it after a few weeks as I was allergic to that we metal bit at the back.

Was really annoyed at how few steps I took each day!!!

I have a Microsoft band, to monitor my heart rate and sleep patterns. Unfortunately, it can't tell the difference between sleeping and lying awake staring at the ceiling.(Or perving Fab).

We have and I think you need to go onto the app site rather than the fitbit app to add friends I could be wrong though

Me also and I agree the fitness features are great and I have to complete my daily circles. I used to have a Jawbone UP which was also good but limited compared to the Apple Watch
